Project Case Studies
Twelve years ago, we renovated a large Victorian semi-detached property in Hampstead, excluding the lower ground floor. Our clients have now invited us back to remodel and refurbish this area, including structural steel work, underfloor heating, two large skylights, glass doors to the garden, a new kitchen, custom joinery, and full electrical installation. Specialist finishes include Claywork render, limestone tiles, brick slips, and Bauwerk paint.
Complete refurbishment of a large mews property. This included an additional storey and the construction of a new basement, creating a 6,000 sqft property with super-prime finishes throughout.
Total conversion and refurbishment of two lateral apartments in Kensington into one stunning maisonette. The works included a full structural remodelling package, a new kitchen, three new bathrooms, full new electrical and mechanical installation and internal finishes throughout.
Comprehensive refurbishment of a four bedroom property encompassing new bathrooms, a bespoke kitchen, completely new plumbing/electrical installation and a full decoration package
Westbourne Grove - Notting Hill
Private conversion of a four storey office block, including the addition of a new-build fifth floor penthouse. The building was re-configured as five high-quality contemporary lateral apartments, benefitting from access to central Notting Hill.
Tregunter Road - Chelsea
Complete re-modelling of a 6,000sqft semi-detached period property into a 10,000sqft super-prime home. This included the construction of a double basement, fully fitted out with swimming pool, cinema and gymnasium. On completion of this project we entered into a maintenance contract which we currently service.
