Who We Are
Highgate Projects are a London-based building company working across the city on high-end residential and commercial projects. Based in Highgate, we are a family team united by our genuine pride for what we do, backed by a skilled group of local craftsmen and a specialist procurement network. Our team is led by managing director and trained civil engineer Sean Cooper, who brings more than 40 years of project management experience to bear on projects ranging from super-prime residential properities in Belgravia and Mayfair, through to complex industrial site developments.

Our Process
Property Visit & Consultation
We begin with a comprehensive consultation at your property. We will listen closely to your vision, understand your needs and budget and thoroughly assessing the space. This initial meeting allows us to provide expert advice and answer any questions you may have.

Detailed Estimate
Following the consultation, we will provide a detailed estimate outlining the project scope, materials, labor costs, and a clear timeline for completion. We believe in transparent pricing, so you’ll have a complete understanding of the investment involved before you proceed.
Contract Signing
Once you are happy with our estimate and have had your questions addressed, we will formalise the agreement with a contract. This document outlines the project in detail, the payment schedule, budget and guarantees. This is where your appointed surveyor may advise you further.

Construction
Our skilled team will manage every aspect of the project, from demolition and construction to installation and finishing touches. We maintain a clean and organised worksite and prioritise clear communication throughout the process, all whilst keeping you informed through progress reports.

Final Inspection
Once construction is complete as per our programme of works, we will conduct a thorough final inspection with you to ensure everything meets your expectations and adheres to the agreed-upon specifications. When you are satisfied, the project can be signed-off as completed.

Follow-Up
The Highgate Projects team prides itself on maintaining close relationships with all of our past clients. We service maintenance contracts on properties which we have helped construct and we are always just on the other end of the phone to help with any queries you may have after your project is completed.
