Project Case Studies
Tregunter Road - Chelsea
Complete re-modelling of a 6,000sqft semi-detached period property into a 10,000sqft super-prime home. This included the construction of a double basement, fully-fitted out with swimming pool, cinema and gymnasium.
Gunterstone Road - Kensington
Total conversion and refurbishment of two stunning lateral apartments in Kensington into one luxury maisonette. The works included a full structural remodelling package, the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, new internal finishes throughout and installing a new electricial and mechanical suite.
Complete alteration of a large mews property. This entailed the addition of an additional storey and the construction of a new basement, creating a 6,000 sqft property with super-prime finishes throughout.
Westbourne Grove - Notting Hill
Private conversion of a four storey office block, including the addition of a new-build fifth floor penthouse. The building was re-configured as five high-quality contemporary lateral apartments, benefitting from access to central Notting Hill.
